Parent–Teacher Communication

Teacher-parent communication is vital to a child’s growth, and several methods are used to keep parents in the loop. One option is to use a Parent’s WhatsApp Group to keep parents up-to-date on their child’s group activities via a Daily Group Activities Report.

In addition, a Weekly Report on a specialized school app gives parents and teachers an in-depth look at the student’s academic growth, social connections, and improvement opportunities week to week.

At the end of each trimester is set aside for Parent-Teacher Meeting to allow for in-depth conversations to take place. In-person conferences like these allow parents and educators to share perspectives on the child’s progress and discuss any issues that may arise.

By maintaining open lines of communication, educators and parents can more effectively accommodate children’s needs and create an atmosphere that is optimal for their development and learning.
